“It is difficult for our children to contain their excitement knowing that Mr. Big is about to visit our school. Whether it be to take an assembly, talk to a class of children about The Passover, or to lead an after school juggling club, Mr. Big’s visits are seen as very special events in the school calendar. Children know that they are to be involved in something that they will thoroughly enjoy and remember for a very long time...
In assemblies, children respond spontaneously to Mr. Big’s approach of involving them in a range of exciting activities including juggling, diabolo and plate spinning as well as dramatic presentations. By their direct involvement, children are immersed in a most powerful message of faith that they readily understand”.

Mr. Big at ... chapel.
It was to be billed as the ‘Mr. Big Extravaganza‘ but when we produced the leaflets for school we only had room for ‘MR. BIG’ - but that was enough to bring scores of children through the doors of our church on four consecutive evenings in May. We all sat with bated breath for Pete to work his magic and were not disappointed. He sang, he told stories, we had games and quizzes and memory verses and balloons and custard pies – and best of all we had juggling! And to the utter delight of the children (and parents) we had juggling with fire! It proved without a shadow of doubt that here indeed we were in the presence of a man of great faith.
Church leader and school governor
Mr Big...is someone who has made a tremendous impact in schools in South Wales for a number of years...
He mesmerised the children with the ever-increasing difficulty of his tricks. He used balls, crystal balls and sticky sticks to deliver his theme which was that there is always something you can learn about God and His wonderful creation, no matter how old you are... We admire his enthusiasm and insight and look forward to future visits from this colourful character.

Mr Big...is a very funny man. He has been a funny man for six years.

What a wonderful, wonderful evening. You made everything sound so interesting with all your lovely stories, it was so nice to see so many smiling faces. I noticed everyone went home with a smile on their face. We'd love to have you back.

Peter was full of practical ideas as well as being challenging. All the feed back that I have received has been positive about the day... The drama sketch about Jonah will be memorable.

I am always very much impressed by the way that you boost the self esteem of the pupils...
Most importantly, your willingness to involve yourself in an assembly during the course of our recent inspection was well received by all concerned with the school and drew specific positive comments from Estyn.
Head Teacher
At a recent governors meeting I was asked to expand on an item in my report concerning your generosity, kindness and expertise in delivering workshops of such high quality to our children. The governors asked that I write to express their sincere gratitude, an 'instruction' to which I gladly accede.

Your gift to us is definitely one of laughter. It helps get things in proportion...
I thought the handout was very professional and helpful.

When I inspect an assembly, I’m looking for awe and wonder. Today I’ve seen an abundance of both.”
